The Army football team commemorated the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks by taking the field with American flags in its first home game for the season on Saturday, Sept. 11.

Before the Army Black Knights started its game against Western Kentucky, the entire team ran onto the field carrying the national flags.

The awesome show was held to honor the victims of the awful terrorist attacks two decades earlier that led to a 20-year war in Afghanistan. 

Impressive during the pregame, the Black Knights also secured a 38-35 victory over Western Kentucky in the Sept. 11 game, according to Breitbart.
