Amid the scheduling of election audits in several U.S. states, more irregularities are revealed in the handling of ballots in Fulton County, Georgia.
Among them is the apparent disappearance of 100 batches of absentee ballots, equivalent to about 10,000 votes, which were numbered before being sent to the counting machines, according to Just the News investigation on June 17.
These ballots do not appear in handwritten records showing which batches were scanned and counted, so they are presumed missing.
In addition, “More than two dozen batches of absentee ballots were identified as having been double-scanned on the tally sheets,” said authors John Solomon and Daniel Payne.
They added: “Five sequential batches of absentee votes each appeared with the exact same vote count of 392 for Biden, 96 for President Donald Trump, and 3 for Libertarian Jo Jorgensen, a count that state officials admitted was a statistical impossibility.”
This troubling information was found in memos from a recount of all absentee ballots conducted by the county and in a private report from a contractor hired by Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger for the Atlanta area.
Also, the discrepancies prompted a state judge to order the county’s absentee ballots unsealed so that a private audit led by attorney Bob Cheeley can examine the actual papers and resolve the differences found.
On the other hand, private experts and election officials believe that Fulton County’s top election supervisors should be removed, Just the News reported.
Moreover, the county’s electoral system may be run by state officials, not local ones, given the incompetence revealed throughout the improper execution of the delicate processes.
It is noteworthy that in Fulton alone, the votes involved in irregularities far exceed the 12,000 that made the difference by which President Joe Biden won statewide.
In this context, a Fulton County election official admitted on June 9 that there were not enough documents from the chain of custody of absentee ballots that could provide indisputable proof of the validity of the confirmed results in the 2020 election.
“As we review the documents provided to you and our daily log. We noticed that a few forms are missing, it seems when 25 plus core personnel were quarantined due to a positive COVID-19 outbreak at the EPC, some procedural paperwork may have been misplaced,” Mariska Bodison told the Georgia StarNews in an emailed statement.
Defining the volume of missing documents found it to be nearly 25 percent. In other words, 1 out of every 4 vote-by-mail ballots is missing its chain-of-custody profile. In other words, the county lost up to 385 forms, which supposedly contain the accounting of 18,901 votes.
For his part, the former president, Donald Trump, stressed the importance of electoral integrity and its vital role in the future of the country.
“The voting irregularities and fraud of that election must be brought to light, immediately,” he declared, adding that the sanctity of electoral integrity plays a key role in the future of the United States.
“Otherwise, we have no Country, certainly not a great one! This should not be an attempt by the Biden Administration to suppress the accountability of a dishonest election. That cannot be allowed to happen, nor can the events of the Presidential Election,” he added.
