Don McLaughlin is upset and annoyed about millions of illegal immigrants entering the country through the southern border.

Fox News revealed more than 2 million aliens will unlawfully enter the United States before the end of 2021. This prompted the mayor of Uvalde, Texas to expose flaws in the Biden administration’s open border policy.

During a July 22 interview on “Tucker Carlson Tonight” McLaughlin detailed how open border gates are affecting the local community. He believes there is a potential security threat to both U.S. citizens and illegal immigrants.

“You are already at 1.2 million now so, by the end of the year, I think you are going to see well over 2 million in my own personal opinion,” he said in a video shared on Rumble. “It is changing our town completely.”

The mayor accused authorities of refusing to disclose the origins of immigrants from Ghana and other far away countries, who come to America in large numbers through the U.S.-Mexico border.

“How are they getting there?” he can be heard saying. “That is the question I ask all the time but you cannot get an answer out of the Border Patrol, and you cannot get an answer out of this administration.”

McLaughlin believes the illegal immigrant influx is completely changing city demographics. He recalled Border Patrol officers gave a Cuban gang member immigration papers when he arrived in Uvalde, because the “Biden administration has said all Cubans are free to go.”

“They are not going to be detained and we are not going to be sending them back,” he said officials told him.

The mayor expressed frustration about illegal aliens violating U.S. law while entering the country, and being “showered with benefits” that come from taxpayer money. BL understands Uvalde is not a wealthy community rather a working- or middle-class community.

“They are fed up with it, they are tired of it,” he said. “This is what we do. It seems like we are giving up our rights as U.S. citizens to accommodate foreign illegal immigrants coming into our country and it is very, very frustrating.”

According to the Daily Caller, President Joe Biden’s plan gives all illegal immigrants living in the United States temporary legal status within five years, starting from January 1, 2021. Illegal aliens can apply for citizenship after waiting another three years.

Border guards have complained about being stretched to the limit, especially after detaining nearly 172,000 illegal immigrants in March alone. However, Vice President Kamala Harris, whose job is to resolve the humanitarian crisis caused by Biden’s open borders policy, will only deal with diplomatic aspects of it.

Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey (R) is also concerned about the growing migration crisis. He criticized the president for appointing Harris to resolve the border crisis.

“In no point in her career has she given any indication that she considers the border a problem or a serious threat,” he previously said.
