A Democrat that controls the White House admitted he misled the public about the effectiveness of government restrictions to contain the deadly disease.
President Joe Biden unwittingly revealed he repeatedly lied about the Democratic Party’s ability to use mandates and lockdowns to curb transmission of the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) Virus.
“There is nothing we can do to change the trajectory of the pandemic in the next several months,” he said in a video shared on Twitter.
The unintended admission came while Biden tried to win support to help prevent more struggling Americans from resorting to homelessness due to previous CCP Virus lockdowns and restrictions.
“If we fail to act, there will be a wave of evictions and foreclosures in the coming months as this pandemic rages on,” he said.
The Democrat’s remarks appeared to directly contradict his nationally televised speech on Dec. 3. He claimed if every American wore a face mask for about three months, it would dramatically reduce the number of infections.
“On the first day I am inaugurated … I am going to ask the public for 100 days to mask, just 100 days to mask, not forever, 100 days,” he said according to Reuters. “We will see a significant reduction if we incur that—if that occurs, with vaccinations and masking, to drive down the numbers considerably.”
Former Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) was disappointed to learn Biden had abandoned all hopes of combating the CCP Virus without even waiting for the first 100 days of his presidency to end.
“Already giving up,” he said on Twitter. “Biden says ‘nothing we can do’ to change pandemic ‘trajectory’ in coming months.”
Chaffetz, who now contributes to Fox News, accused mainstream media of deliberately omitting Biden’s confession.
“Banner headlines in all major media outlets? Nope,” he said. “Most will bury this, but it is a stunning admission.”
Former Rep. Justin Amash (L-Mich.) believes anyone who watches the video will also find a complete policy reversal.
“Haven’t we been told for months that restrictions and mandates were necessary to change the trajectory of the pandemic in the next several months?” he said on Twitter.
Even press members were completely gobsmacked after realizing Biden sent a completely different message about responding to the pandemic after being inaugurated on Jan. 20.
“‘There is nothing we can do to change the trajectory of the pandemic in the next several months’ is the opposite of Biden said his entire campaign,” National Review senior writer David Harsanyi said on Twitter.
